What if I want to see more versions of the design?

The LogoFixUp offer focuses on one expert logo design concept.

If you want to see multiple directions, you can get another 2 versions of the design for an additional $1K.

What if I’m just starting out and need a new logo?

LogoFixUp is specifically for businesses that already have a logo and need it improved.

Our package for a new logo design starts at $2K and includes up to 3 unique design options.

For a more comprehensive brand solution, we also offer a full brand identity design packages starting at $5K.

What if it takes longer than 2 weeks?

If we miss the 2 week delivery window (from the confirmed start date), the remaining $750 due upon approval is automatically waived. You still receive your full redesign – on us.

Do you accept every LogoFixUp application?

We only take on LogoFixUp projects we’re confident we can improve.

If your current logo is already working, or the fix would be very minimal, we’ll let you know upfront.

Do you offer a refund if I don’t like the design?

The initial downpayment is non refundable as that covers the design work – but you only pay the remainder if you actually approve the final logo design.

Can’t I just create a logo with AI myself?

Of course you can, but since AI is a creative tool, what matters most is who’s using it. AI still needs the right input and it cannot discern whether the output is right for your brand or not. But a branding expert who truly understands your brand and has a trained eye for design, can.

Furthermore, while AI is good for generating ideas and for creating generic, literal, or illustrative logo designs, it still does not have the ability to produce something truly meaningful or strategically unique to your brand.

What’s the difference between a logo redesign, a logo refresh and a rebrand?

A logo refresh is when the logo needs fine tuning to bring it up to date - but the core visuals of the existing logo are retained so it still feels familiar to the audience.
