The underlying premise uncovered, was that people do not like pests and want to see them swiftly eliminated. So having pest issues, often triggers a subconscious sense of aggression in the mind of one seeking pest control services.
As a result, the chosen visual direction has a certain ‘military / aggressive’ vibe to it, thereby effectively appealing to the homeowners’ subconscious, and conveys the kind of ruthless attention to detail and efficiency, that will instill confidence and calm to their customers.
